Pre Arrival to India

Before coming to India you can get:

To come to their final conclusion for travelling to India, they may need to discuss the doctor before, AMC will help them to get a free consultation through video call to understand their process of treatment.
Visa Assistance:
Further to travel to India, patient and attendant need to get Medical Visa from Indian Embassy at their country, so patient may share the passport details with us and AMC will send the visa invitation letter to him/ or her and to Indian embassy at their country, where they can visit to get their visa done.
Confirmation about the case manager:
Patient need to share the arrival ticket with us, so AMC will be able to make all the arrangements of accommodation and Doctor appointment, Once AMC will receive ticket details, we will share the name and Contact number of your case manager who will receive you at airport.

Upon Arrival

As per shared ticket details patient and attendants will be received by us at the airport and will be taken to the Hospital if admission is planned or to Guest House/ Hotel.

Upon arrival our case manager will be assisting them personally to make their visit smooth in India and we will be available 24*7 to provide below mentioned services:

Tours and Trips in India.

India is a well know tourism destination as well and a huge number of tourists visits every year for tourism purpose only, so once a patient and relatives are traveling to India , they can also get an additional advantage to visit Indian tourist places .

We provide the tourism facilities on the basis of demand of the patients or relatives because their first priority is treatment and Post treatment of patient, they can choose to go for tour with the doctor’s advice. Sometime if patient is not interested but their relatives are interested in that case during the time of recuperation, the relatives or the attendants can plan a short trip to nearby tourist places or sightseeing and shopping.

Follow up - Post Departure

It cannot be said that once patient is back to his country- His/ her treatment is completely finished, Most of Surgical patients or Medical management patient’s gets long term medicines and they need to get reviewed after few months or one year. So AMC maintain a CRM and it gives us all the details of patients to us and we do regular follow up on our treated patients.

In case patient have any complications post-surgery or patient is facing any difficulties, we are committed to arrange their video consultation with treating doctor and as per patients complain doctor may ask to patients to get few Investigations and on the basis of fresh medical reports we do assist our patient with complete follow up.
